COMING SOON: Consumer and Independent Claims Adjuster Stories

Independent Claims Adjusters play a very important role with consumers, especially when individuals have experienced personal and property loss as a result of tragic events such as Hurricane Katrina and the most recent Gulf oil spill. These unfortunate and disastrous events effect thousands of Americans.

This section of the AAICP web-site will be dedicated to profiling real-life experiences of consumers and their interactions with independent claims adjusters, the “first-responders” to many Americans after an unfortunate event. The profiles will focus and showcase how consumers navigate the claims process and begin to rebuild their lives after tragic personal loss.
